Miss Pennsylvania USA 2022 Billie LaRaé Owens was crowned on 29 April 2022 and represented Pennsylvania in the Miss USA 2022 pageant in Reno, Nevada. A native of Phoenixville in the outer suburbs of Philadelphia, Billie is an alumna of the Syracuse University and the daughter of basketball legend Billy Owens, after whom she is named. She is an official ambassador for HoopHers, a girls empowerment program for Philadelphia Youth Basketball.
