1st runner-up Miss Oregon USA 2020, Miss Oregon 2013
A native of Portland, Allison Cook was crowned Miss Oregon USA on 21 March 2021 and represented Oregon at the Miss USA 2021 pageant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Allison majored in Radiologic Sciences at Oregon Tech and has travelled around the country training physicians and medical professionals to use X-Ray Equipment.
Allison holds a coveted position with GE Healthcare; traveling around the country training physicians and medical professionals to use X-Ray Equipment. She is a Cum-Laude graduate of Oregon Tech who majored in Radiologic Sciences and minored in Business and Medical Sociology. As a 5-time concussion survivor, passionate advocate for Brain Injury Awareness, former collegiate athlete, and accomplished referee, Allison inspires others to overcome obstacles and be the “champion” of their lives.

Eight years prior to competing at Miss USA, Allison was Miss Oregon 2013 and competed in the Miss America 2014 pageant. She was first runner-up to Katerina Villegas at Miss Oregon USA 2020 before winning the 2021 title.
