11 years after winning Miss Minnesota 2015, Rachel Betterley (née Latuff) has won Miss Minnesota USA 2026 and will represent Minnesota at the Miss USA 2026 pageant in Miami. Rachel has a Masters degree in Fine Arts Education from Boston University. She has taught art at both the K-12 and college level for 10 years and in 2024 was a finalist for Minnesota Teacher of the Year. She has even taught art at an international school in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Rachel won the Miss Minnesota title in 2015 (as Rachel Latuff) and competed at Miss America 2016. Ten years later, after marrying and having two sons, she placed first runner-up to Megan Rivera at Miss Minnesota USA 2025.
