A native of Ashburn, VA, Victoria Chuah was selected as Miss Vermont USA 2025 through the Miss USA Open Casting Call and will represent Vermont at Miss USA 2025. In 2022, Victoria became the first Chinese woman to win the Miss Virginia crown, and went on to win the Women in STEM award at Miss America. She has a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Having been selected by the Miss USA casting call, Victoria was crowned Miss Vermont USA at the start of the Miss USA 2025 pageant week in Reno.
