A native of Montpelier, Kelsey Golonka was crowned Miss Vermont USA on 27 March 2022 and represented Vermont at Miss USA 2022 in Reno, Nevada. Kelsey made two pieces of history as Miss Vermont USA – she and her sister Kenzie were the first sisters to win state titles in the same year, and later she became the first Vermonter to place at both Miss Teen USA and Miss USA (& Vermont’s first placement since 1982!). Kelsey is a neonatal nurse and graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington.
Kelsey Golonka graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She is a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and works as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse. She and her sister Kenzie have made history as the first sisters to win the Miss & Teen titles in the same year!
