A proud native of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, Elmire Arsenault is a passionate advocate, aspiring communications professional, and dedicated titleholder. With a deep love for modeling, cheer, fashion, photography, and the art of hair and makeup, Elmire expresses her creativity through both performance and visual storytelling.

As the founder of her personal platform, Chin Up, Stand Tall, she travels to classrooms across the state, empowering young students with messages of self-respect, kindness, and mutual understanding. Elmire also supports Lasagna Love, an organization close to her heart that helps spread compassion through homemade meals.

Academically driven, Elmire was recently inducted into the National Society of High School Scholars, a recognition backed by the Nobel family that honors exceptional students across the country. She aspires to pursue a career in communications, specializing in social media marketing and content creation, where she hopes to combine her love of creativity and connection.

As Miss Massachusetts Teen USA, Elmire is proud to be a role model for teens throughout the Commonwealth, continuing to elevate her message of confidence, self-worth, and respect for others.
