A native of Syracuse, Stephanie Skinner was crowned Miss New York Teen USA on 6 March 2023 and represented New York at the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Stephanie attends Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a former Miss High School America titleholder.
