A native of East Brunswick, Jacqueline Giancola was crowned Miss New Jersey Teen USA on 19 October 2014 and represented New Jersey at the Miss Teen USA 2015 pageant in the Bahamas. Jacqueline was captain of both the varsity golf and varsity cheerleading teams at her school and helped her golf team win their first championship. She went on to attend the University of Alabama Honors College and made the top 10 at Miss Alabama USA 2018.
Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2015 Jacqueline Giancola, born in Princeton, New Jersey, is a recent graduate of East Brunswick High School in East Brunswick, New Jersey. She has many leadership roles academically and athletically. Jacqueline is vice president of the National Honor Society, treasurer of the International Thespian Society, member of the Principal’s Council, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Concert Choir and Drama Club where she has had major roles in “West Side Story,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” and “The Sound of Music.”
As an athlete, Jacqueline has earned varsity letters since her freshman year in golf and in cheerleading for a total of ten varsity letters. She is captain of both the varsity golf and varsity cheerleading teams and helped her golf team win their first championship in school history. This feat was repeated the following year with a second championship. Individually, Jacqueline was named Athlete of the Year and earned First Team All Area honors in consecutive years. She also received Second Team All Conference honors, Most Improved Golfer, Golf Coaches Award and was twice named Athlete of the Month for golf. Jacqueline is a National Cheerleading Champion, All American Cheerleader and received back to back All American Scholar honors. She is a two time Spirit Award winner and was also named Athlete of the Month for cheerleading.
Jacqueline has volunteered her time for the past 7 years to Kloos Family Lights, a charity which she has helped raise thousands of dollars. Organizations benefiting from her efforts have included, Food Bank of New Jersey, Make A Wish Foundation, Eric LeGrand Believe Fund, Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief, Wounded Warrior Project and Mikey Nichols Fund which supports the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation’s “Big Idea” campaign for epidural stimulation research. She also is a Fast Break Basketball volunteer for the Buddy Ball division.
As a former dancer for twelve years, Jacqueline has also studied piano and acting. She is a classically trained opera singer who has recorded songs in Italian, French and English. Jacqueline has also studied Spanish for ten years and is a Spanish Honors student. She plans to attend college and use her vocal, acting and dancing talents to launch a career as an opera singer. She also plans on pursing a career in television and film.
