Originally from the Midwest, Chelsea is fiercely independent and one of her core beliefs is that with hard work and dedication, any dream can be achieved. Chelsea moved to Nevada after receiving an offer to begin working at the Wynn Las Vegas, which proved the perfect opportunity as she was enthusiastically looking to further her career in the hospitality industry. Since her start last spring, Chelsea has been promoted to Beverage Supervisor and looks forward to a continued career with the Wynn.
Chelsea says she is blessed to have such an extensive support system of family and friends. As the eldest of four children, she understands the power of being a positive role model and is excited to speak to the youth of Nevada about following their dreams and reaching their full potential.
Chelsea considers herself a professional bargain shopper, is a passionate football fan (professional and collegiate), says sour gummy worms are her guilty pleasure, turquoise is her color of choice, and out driving men on the golf course is one of her favorite hobbies.
As Chelsea prepares for Miss USA, she will strive to make many appearances and speaking engagements. Habitat for Humanity, disaster relief for Red Cross, and fundraising for Breast and Ovarian Cancer research are a few of the organizations that Chelsea donates her time to! She expresses that continuing to be philanthropic is of utmost importance to her. So far, Chelsea says the experience has been a whirlwind, and she is going to savor every moment of the year to ahead. The Best is yet to come!
