A native of Newburg, Madelyn Posey was crowned Miss Maryland Teen USA on 2 April 2023 and will represent Maryland in the Miss Teen USA 2023 pageant.  Madelyn loves the outdoors, having grown up on the Potomac River.  She learned to fish and crab at a young age.
