A native of Cicero, Mackenzie Surber was crowned Miss Indiana Teen USA on 27 November 2011 and represented Indiana at the Miss Teen USA 2012 pageant at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Mackenzie believes one of her strongest talents is her ability to perform well under pressure. She attended Hamilton Heights High School during her reign and was a varsity cheerleader, a member of the tennis team and SADD Club Member.
