A native of Honolulu, Lacie Choy was crowned Miss Hawaii USA on 18 November 2018 and represented Hawaii at the Miss USA 2019 pageant in Reno, Nevada. Growing up in Hawai’i’s uniquely beautiful environment, she is very passionate about keeping her home clean and healthy for future generations. Lacie is currently working towards creating a Native Hawaiian non-profit organization focused on spreading awareness and educating others on green initiatives. She is also working alongside state senators to advocate for Hawai’is sustainability hub.
Miss Hawaii USA 2019 Lacie Choy was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawai’i, and is currently in her junior year at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa working towards a degree in Communications. Growing up in Hawai’i’s uniquely beautiful environment, she is very passionate about keeping her home clean and healthy for future generations. Lacie is currently working towards creating a Native Hawaiian non-profit organization focused on spreading awareness and educating others on green initiatives. She is also working alongside state senators to advocate for Hawai’is sustainability hub, which supports the local level implementation of reaching 100% clean energy by 2040. Lacie loves spending time outdoors, and enjoys traveling, playing with her two puppies and spending quality time with her family.
