4th runner-up 2013
Whitney Williams was crowned Miss Alaska Teen USA on 7 December 2013 and represented Alaska at the Miss Teen USA 2014 pageant in the Bahamas. Whitney was raised in Louisiana and moved to Alaska in 2009. She is a talented tennis player who later went on to play for Abilene Christian University in Texas.
Whitney Rose Williams is a Christian, a daughter, a sister, a recent high school graduate, tennis champion, and an Abilene Christian University Wildcat! The majority of her childhood was spent in Central Louisiana, which explains her strong Southern roots. In 2009, Whitney’s family moved to Alaska and the last frontier adventure began! It has been a wild ride to say the least. Thankfully, her parents and sister, Emilye Grace, offer all the support a girl could need. They are a family that thrives on faith, fun, laughter, love and determination! From teaching tennis to Special Olympians, to snow-machining, fishing, and school, Whitney’s life in Alaska has been an absolute whirlwind. Whitney considers herself a lucky girl! She spends summers soaking up the Florida sun, traveling across the “Lower 48” playing tennis, and spending time with family. It’s the best cure for her wanderlust. Life is a blessing, and she can’t wait to see what’s next!
