PAGEANT & STATE TITLEHOLDER ALMANAC
2008 brought a sea change to the Miss Teen USA pageant as it was moved to Atlantis in the Bahamas following the loss of the TV broadcast. This is often a less appreciated pageant because it wasn't even webcast, we were fully in the dark until results started coming through from people in attendance... glad we don't have to go through that again! The winner was Stevi Perry, Arkansas' first Miss Teen USA. Fortunately for those who missed it at the time the full pageant can be watched here.
