Noelani Mendoza created the platform, Fit4Me to help encourage the youth to be more involved in physical activity along with focusing on their mental health. Noelani has been involved with sports since the age of 5 and as she has gotten older she has realized how important it is to stay mentally fit in order to be physically fit. She wants to teach young athletes how to deal with negative thoughts and find coping mechanisms, to deal with negativity, in the midst of being an athlete. |
