Madison was a semi-finalist in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and has made an amazing transformation year on year - I have competition photos of her from each year on her titleholder page. I love that contestants who have competed with her previously are in love with her and thrilled for her win! She is from Lamar, Colorado and is the first titleholder from the southeast part of her state in decades.
Sydney was competing at Miss CO Teen USA for the first time. She is the first titleholder from Fort Collins since Danielle Scimeca in 2008.

First runner-up to Miss Colorado USA was Krystal Harrelson who was a semi-finalist last year and fourth runner-up in 2016. Second runner-up went to newcomer Nirvana P, third runner-up was Miss Colorado Teen USA 2012 Jacqueline Zuccherino and 2018 semi-finalist Taylor Fogg finished fourth runner-up.
Among the top 15 were 2018 fourth runner-up Alyssa Magalong; past Teen USA runners-up Bre L'Estrange (in Colorado), Noelle Woods (in Colorado), Holly Harrington (in Colorado & Wyoming) and Brittany Georgia (in Wisconsin); three-time Miss Oregon USA runner-up Kayla Knock (who has also competed in CO Teen USA); Miss Colorado's Outstanding Teen 2013 Caitlin Quisenberry (Miss Photogenic); 2018 semi-finalist Erin Roney; and newcomers Nishann Miller (Miss Congeniality) and Savannah Cavanaugh.

In the Teen pageant Mercy Lee placed first runner-up for the second year in a row. Second and third runner-up spots went to first-time contestants Lucia T. and Jayme Walker, and fourth runner-up was Emily Bernstein who was a non-finalist in 2017 and a semi-finalist in 2016.
2018 semi-finalists Patricia Chen and Alexia Martinez made the top 15 again this year, the other semi-finalists were all competing for the first time: Mattison Brumagim, Joislyn Garcia Jurado, Hannah L., Amaya McGough, Genavieve Pelton, Stella Penfold, Searra Sexton and Harper Wharton (Miss Photogenic).
Non-finalist Thea K won Miss Congeniality.
