Congratulations to Miss WV USA 2019 Haley Holloway and Miss WV Teen USA 2019 Brennah Groves!  Click their names to view their titleholder profiles that have more photos.

Haley was Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2013 (you can check out her Teen profile here) and placed second runner-up at Miss Teen USA.   She is only the fourth Miss WV Teen USA to win the Miss WV USA title - and won both on her first attempt!  I believe she may also be the second black Miss WV USA winner (initially I had been told she was the first but I have since been corrected - apologies for overlooking Angela Davenport Miss WV USA 2002!).

Brennah was competing at Miss WV Teen USA for the first time but has held a couple of festival titles, and was the reigning Three Rivers Festival Teen.  She is the first titleholder (Miss or Teen) from Summersville!

First runner-up in the Miss pageant was Lacy Russell who made the top five on her fourth attempt.  She was a semi-finalist last year, a non-finalist in 2017 and a non-finalist in Ohio in 2016.  She won the Miss Congeniality award for the THIRD year in a row!  Second runner-up went to Alexis Bland who made a great transition from the Teen division where she was 1st runner-up last year.  Third runner-up went to last year's 1RU Charlotte Belotte, and fourth runner-up was Tess Hyre who was competing in her first USA pageant but has MAO experience.

The top 10 was packed with experienced contestants as well, including four-time runner-up Dominique Collins, three-time semi-finalist & two-time runner-up Tori Rohr, Colorado Teen semi-finalist Sarah Weeks and 2018 non-finaist Caitland Boggs.  Marleigh Ross was the only other newcomer among the semi-finalists.

The Teen runners-up were, in order from first to fourth, Cassidy Myers (she & Brennah were roommates as well!), Sydni Smith, Brooklyn Burford and Cayton Carder.  Sydni was the only returning contestant in the top five, and she repeated both her 2nd runner-up placement from last year and won the Photogenic award for the second year in a row!

The Teen semi-finalists were 2018 fourth runner-up Lauren Gorman (Miss Congeniality), 2018 semi-finalist Carrie Yarber and newcomers Emma Cyphert, Carson Deal and Samantha White.
