Brittany is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Her future plans include obtaining an advanced degree from UTMB and becoming a pediatric physical therapist. She volunteers with her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, at the Houston Area Women's Center and is a dedicated volunteer at Hope Village, a residency program for adults with special needs. Miss Houston was Brittany's first pageant but she is no stranger to the stage. She is an accomplished vocalist and has been singing since childhood.
