Cassady is the first Miss GA Teen USA to win Miss GA USA since Meredith Young in 1999!
She is only the third winner in the past decade who had placed in the top five the year prior to winning, and the only winner to have placed in the top five two consecutive years immediately prior to winning.
She is the first winner from Southern Georgia in at least a decade.
