Shar is a 23 year-old senior studying Journalism at the University of Oregon. Her queen-like quality makes her look taller than her 5'5" frame and her confident manner and beauty have won her many titles; her goal being to become a news anchor for a major network. Look out Katie Couric! She was the Duck-U news anchor too.
Among her many activities, she loves all sports, especially running and working out. She has served as collegiate president of the NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) and was also the NIKE "Run Hit Wunder" coordinator.
Shar also found time to sing with the University of Oregon Gospel Ensemble, and has recently appeared at a Portland Trailblazer game. She has even been cast in a speaking role on TV because of her acting ability.
