Helen will be the tenth Miss Teen USA delegate to compete at Miss USA 2007, equalling the record set in 1999 and 2003. She is one of two Miss USA 2007 delegates who have placed in the top five at Miss Teen USA, the other being Gloria Almonte of New York (1RU 2001).
