Miss Wyoming Teen USA 2009 (Top 15) Miss Wyoming's Outstanding Teen 2007 Trivia Ashley will be the fourth Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2008 contestant to compete in the Miss Teen USA pageant. The others were Bishara Dorre (Miss Wisconsin Teen USA 2006, the first Miss Teen USA contestant to win a Miss America's Outstanding Teen state title), Kasey Staniszewski (Miss Maryland Teen USA 2009, 3rd runner-up at Miss Teen USA 2009) & Elena LaQuatra (Miss Pennsylvania's Teen USA 2009).
