Haley Boyer is the 17 year old daughter of Terri Boyer and Scott Boyer, and a senior at Hamilton High School. Although she currently calls Stevensville home, Haley lived in Missoula, Montana, for 12 years.
Haley has participated in dance in some way, shape, or form, since she was 2 years old; starting off in ballet and tap, and advancing towards hip hop. Haley is curretly on the dance team for a semi- professional football team, the Bitterroot Blaze, and was a cheerleader in school for 5 years.
Haley began horseback riding at the age of 10 and has a natural talent for it. She has won multiple high-point and reserve high- point awards at local and breed level horse shows across Montana. She has participated in every type of horse competition imaginable including her two favorites: barrel racing, and jumping. Haley also has been given the opportunity to judge local horse events. In addition, Haley was an active member of 4-H for 4 years and was her club's President. She also won high- point champion 3 years in a row as well as being selected to compete in "Round Robin" at the Ravalli County Fair.
Haley also enjoys volunteering, which is why she was a member of Key Club. This gave her the opportunity to work with children and participate in highway clean up. Outside of Key Club, Haley volunteers annually at "Wrangler Camp"; a week- long children's horse camp.
With plans to graduate a semester early, in January of 2009, Haley will work towards accomplishing her dream of becoming a professional make-up artist, and a fashion stylist for celebrities. She feels style denotes ones individuality and would love to share her creative side with those in need of such services.
