MISS USA 2016
PRELIMINARY EVENING GOWN COMPETITION
MISS USA 2016 was the first Miss USA pageant of the WME/IMG era broadcast on FOX and returned to Las Vegas. There were a number of other first this years: a record breaking number of former Teens (15), the first "Miss 52", and for the first time in many years a titleholder was replaced (due to illness) on the first day of Miss USA festivities. The title went to active Army Reserve servicewoman Deshauna Barber, DC's third Miss USA crown. SD placed for the first time since 1974!
