Genesis spent almost a year in disaster relief efforts before she found her calling to pursue a graduate degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Combining her practical field experience with graduate education, Genesis would like to utilize her degree to leverage herself as the leader of her nonprofit organization specializing in providing primary needs to those affected by natural disasters. Genesis' most significant achievements include organizing more than twelve humanitarian flights and bringing primary care from Florida to the Caribbean region during the recent 2017 hurricane season.

*Genesis Davila won the Miss Florida USA 2017 title & was dethroned after it was discovered she had broken the pageant rules. She was allowed to return & compete for the 2018 title.
