Melanie carries a 4.5 GPA at Hope Christian PSP High School and plans to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston and major in professional music. She is an advocate for Compassion International, a Christian sponsorship program that releases children from poverty in more than 26 third world countries, and currently sponsors a 14 year-old boy named Erlyn who lives in Honduras. Singing is another one of Melanie’s passions and she dreams of being signed by a record label and touring the world singing original songs! She has sung the National Anthem and Take Me Out to the Ballgame at Major League Baseball games. Melanie loves Musical Theatre and modeling and feels blessed to have booked professional work in these competitive industries. She strives to live her life by Colossians 3:12: Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
