Bianca Vierra is a 19-year-old California girl who grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a freshman at the University of California at Los Angeles (Go Bruins!) where she is studying political science. Growing up, she always had a passion for learning about presidents and the history of the nation. Bianca's favorite activities are those that let her enjoy the outdoors whether she is running the campus perimeter, hiking in the nearby hills, taking beach trips or simply sharing some food and sunshine with friends. She has always had a love for sports. She was a captain for her track & field team and cheered for them from the stands as well. Additionally, she worked as a student athletic trainer! Bianca's optimism never falters and is a huge believer in that everything happens for a reason. She isn't just a girl with dreams, she's also got plans to pursue them.

Bianca had not previously competed at Miss California Teen USA but was Miss Teenage California 2011 and won the Miss High School America title, where she reigned alongside Miss Collegiate America Haley O'Brien, the current Miss Minnesota USA. Bianca's successor as Miss Teenage California was none other than her Miss CA USA "big sister" Cassandra Kunze! Bianca is the first Miss California Teen USA from northern California since 2007.
