"After experiencing severe bullying in middle school, Claire became passionate to change the mindset of youth. She created an inspirational program, PROJECT CLAIRE BEAR, which has aided hundreds of children in learning to overcome their challenges. Claire is a senior at Eastside Catholic High School, where she is a National Honor Society member and leader. She plans to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and become a broadcast journalist for a major network."
Holding hands with Claire at the end of the Teen pageant was Noelle Tapang who was 4RU last year and the only returning runner-up. Second runner-up Abigail Hill and fourth runner-up Sylvia Coulson were both new. Third runner-up went to 2015 semi-finalist Taylor Mann.
