The second pageant this weekend is Rhode Island, with prelims on Saturday at 6pm and finals on Sunday at 2pm. No webcast for this one unfortunately. Miss contestants are posted here and Teen here.
For the first time in a while there will be two former Teens competing in the Miss division, Miss RI Teen USA 2011 Lindsey Bucci (who was a semi-finalist in 2018 and 2nd runner-up in 2017) and Miss RI Teen USA 2017 Alexa Papigiotis, who will be the 3rd 2017 Teen competing in her first year of eligibility. Alexa won the Miss Congeniality award at Miss Teen USA.

Two of last year's runners-up, Karly Laliberte (1RU), Frances LeBlanc (3RU) are also back, as is 2018 Teen 1RU Abby Mansolillo who was a runner-up at Miss RI over the summer.
Other returning semi-finalists are Nicole Pallozzi (2018, also 4RU in Teen in 2015), Prutha Patel (2016 & 2017) and Ashley Waterman (2014 & 2018).
There are also quite a few returning non-finalists from recent years. The last two pageants have both had runners-up who were non-finalists the previous year (see prior results here). Another thing I've learnt from RI - the girls with fancy headshots often don't win (although there are far more professional headshots this year compared to previous yearas)! Off the top of my head Daisy, Anea and Christina all won their state title with candid photos. All things considered this could be quite an open contest!
