After two years as a runner-up Sarah Mousseau has captured the Miss New Hampshire USA title! Miss New Hampshire Teen USA 2017 is newcomer Kolby Tracey. Sarah is 25 and from Portsmouth, and Kolby is a 17 year old from Bedford. Sarah was second runner-up last year and first runner-up in 2015. She also competed at Miss New Hampshire (MAO) for five years, including placing as a runner-up there as well. It has now been six years since a newcomer won Miss New Hampshire USA.

There was an all-brunette top five in the Miss competition this year. First runner-up was Miss New Hampshire 2013 Samantha Russo. Sarah was Samantha's second runner-up at Miss New Hampshire! Second runner-up was Nina Murray, twice a non-finalist at Miss Massachusetts Teen USA. Third runner-up went to Gina Butler, last year's fourth runner-up. Newcomer Jesslyn Sargent was fourth runner-up.
In the Teen pageant, Trinity Zola was first runner-up for the second year in a row. Valeria Maya, who was competing for the first time, placed second runner-up. Third runner-up was past Rhode Island runner-up Katie Bergantine. Another newcomer, Emilee Mills, was fourth runner-up.
